There are certainly perks of 10 straight days of rain. Today on a mission downtown, I spotted these gems peeking out of the fallen leaves. Growing in a long patch of mossy grass, they were all happily growing in the rain and drizzle. They remind me of Alice In Wonderland. In case you’re a geek like me, I had to know what kind of Fungi I was photographing- Amanita Muscaria. This family of mushrooms is very poisonous if consumed. I was happy to look and not touch.
