I’ve been lucky to photograph some really fun Seniors this year! Taylor was no exception. This gal knew how to take her photo session at Opera Alley in Tacoma to a new level. Lots of fun, some laughter, and natural beauty was shining through for the whole session. I wish Taylor nothing but the best on her year ahead!
I’ve been in a rainy rut the last few days- our house got “the bug” that has plagued so many people this winter. It was strong enough to knock this normally energetic spark plug right out. I have had many afternoons of cozy clothes and tea to try to kick it back into gear. Now that I’m on the up (I think), I’m taking the time to slow down a little in the mornings on the weekend. Today was french press coffee at the table and browsing cook books from my Grandma. I’ve decided on a bean soup of some sort. Time for some good, warm food, and the mellow show with dogs at my feet. The world will be out there for me to take on next week- I am calling it a home bound weekend this weekend.
J & M have been high school sweethearts turned long lasting love. I had the privilege to have taken their Senior Portraits in the past few years, and was thrilled to hear of their engagement.
We went to Tumwater Falls Park to take in the massive water show going on with several days of heavy rain. They were such good sports to play after the rain and amidst the loud waterfall below. Only the best to them for their wedding day and years together ahead.
